NOTE: Many people ask us if we can meet them at the cruise ship, which would make all tours A LOT easier; unfortunately, Costa Maya Pier is a private compound exclusive to companies that sell on-board. Please also be aware that local taxis are not allowed to pick up guests inside the pier.
CRUISE SHIP GUESTS
Wait for the instructions along with your reservation sheet on what to do after disembarking. Once you disembark your cruise ship, you must walk thru the port retail area and make your way past the security gate. Once you are outside the port, please walk towards the pyramid in front of you, where our welcoming team will greet you and process your check-in. We remind you that all tours with Costa Maya Adventours include round-trip transportation.
HOTEL GUESTS
A pick-up will be available at the lobby of your hotel in Costa Maya. We remind you that all tours with Costa Maya Adventours include round trip transportation, so you can return to your hotel at the termination of your tour.
