Directions to the meeting point:

Since the cruise ships do not always arrive as planned, we schedule your tour to depart one hour after your ship docks (unless you show up earlier, then we can beat the crowds). It is imperative to quickly exit the port area. Please try not to get entertained inside the pier since it takes up to 20 mins to make your way out on foot. We want to make the most of your time in Costa Maya.

After you disembark, follow the yellow lines on the map above to quickly pass the pools to make your way outside the security gates of Costa Maya pier. After you pass security, please keep walking until you see a a large pyramid in the middle of the street (only a few meters/feet) and that is where your guide will meet you. He will be holding a sign with your name on it, so you don’t miss him. See attached map for reference (we recommend printing as large as possible).
